Stanley Hotel received the national award for 'Best Bistro in Australia 2008' from the Australian Hotels Association. Stanley Hotel Bistro is currently Tasmania's Best Bistro, as it was in 2007 and 2008.

In season try the fresh Lobster (crayfish), scallops, crisp battered fish 'n' chips, great local oysters, juicy tender grass fed beef and natural chicken.

Everyone knows the best potatoes come from north west Tassie. We use only the best to make crisp chips and creamy mash.

Join us for lunch or dinner on our sunny deck which is served everyday.

Our historic bluestone cellar is the oldest on the north west coast, built in the early 1840's and still holds wines at optimum temperatures. You are free to browse our extensive range of Tasmanian and mainland wines, premium Tasmanian beer and a great range of spirits.

On our bistro menu we have selected from the cellar a great range of wines for you to enjoy on the premises.
